Happy winter! Has your weather reflected on the upcoming Christmas season yet?
As luck would have it, we were due to get a pretty sizeable snow dump in a matter of a couple of days. So I dashed outdoors, did some fall cleanup and decorated my little rustic shed for Christmas.
And then this happened…
Christmas shed
Christmas decorated shed – with tips on how to decorate yours!
How magical is this?! This is the first time I’ve purposely decorated the shed for Christmas, timed with a snowfall. SO glad I made the effort, because it turned into a neat post, along with tips on how I decorate the shed for any given season.
In other news, my son and I chopped down our real Christmas tree, which was promptly decorated the very next day. Now I need to dream up a new tree skirt… but I admit I pulled out the tree skirt I used last year that resembles a sleigh.
But my gut says I should try something new even though it would work! So I best get on it so I can share this next week! I also picked up baking ingredients so I hope to blog about one of my very favorite cookies which I have yet to share.
My home is so far from being decked out, so I’m just going to convince myself if I’m still moving forward with something, it’s all good! Right?! Right!
So let’s now visit some pretty fab features that make me want to create even MORE (oh dear) thanks to last week’s party…
