New Upcycle Ideas 663 – Fabric seed pods, button hearts, hoop snowman, yarn heart coasters, plus more repurposed tutorials!

Hey!! Welcome back to another weekend of upcycling!

Even I have a couple of super fun things to share!

Wooden Village Wall Hooks featured at Homestead House

I was fortunate to work with Milk Paint by Homestead House and created a new project for them using their beautiful milk paint, scrap wood and one of my fav stencils!

These wall hooks turned out so fun, and of course they’d be super easy to customize as well!

I hope you’ll join me over at Homestead House this round to check it out!

All about Fusion Mineral Paint

And if you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’ll already know I frequently use Fusion Mineral Paint for most of my projects and have since the day they opened up shop!

So I decided to write a mega post all on one page so if you’re new to the paint, one scroll will guide you with what it is, how to use it, project inspiration and my fav products!

In other news, I’ve been purging and deep cleaning, and am planning to revamp (or should I say finish!) a few spots in the house, so hopefully I can make a good dent next week and have something to show for it!

So until then, let’s get inspired with these creative features from last week’s party!

I can’t think of anything more cozy than a fav hot beverage set on top of these luscious pink yarn heart coasters! What a fabulous and easy tutorial! And that pink yarn tassel is also beyond amazing…

Are you a button collector too? Gather up your neutrals to create this adorable hanging heart button decoration that is neutral enough to leave out all year around. Oh how I love the texture the buttons offer!

Embroidery hoop and doily snowmen

Upcycled snowmen embroidery hoops by Creatively Beth

Oh my… I officially want to locate a few smaller embroidery hoops and doilies to create these precious snowmen. What a great idea that can sit out all winter long. SO cute with the button eyes and nose details! And aren’t the doilies perfect for this?!

Wooden risers, winter tree style

Rustic wood tree table runners by Homeroad

These fabulous wood risers have a secret… they use to be a winter tree sign that was cut down and used in a whole new way. The sign is really epic too! Check out both ways in this tutorial!

Button heart on reclaimed wood

A slew of neutral buttons find the perfect home on reclaimed wood for this vintage heart button decoration! Love the added xoxo to chime it in with Valentine’s Day! The layers of buttons really make the button heart pop!

Denim flower bud tutorial

These denim poppy seed heads are exquisite… but that’s not all! Do yourself a massive favor and visit this tutorial to see these done in colourful tones and fun patterns as well. Goodness this fabric flower tutorial is so fabulous!
