Greetings! What’s new in your world?
I’ve been busy at my design desk, revving up for a few new stencil designs. These ideas are unique, as I couldn’t find anything like them online… so can’t wait to share and play with them!
In other news, we have a new kid in our family. Something went south with our fish aquarium water and we sadly ended up losing one of our beloved fish. *sob* So once the other dude was in recovery mode, we got him a sibling. Right now the little gaffer is busy hiding because he’s so tiny… he’s a black goldfish with a white belly and is the cutest thing! I’ll share him in stories soon!
As for Valentine’s Day, this is the first year in awhile I didn’t even make anything for Valentine’s Day projects this year. But hey… it isn’t the 14th yet so maybe I’ll be inspired to do something quick!
Wood Valentine’s Day banner
However here’s a favorite past project I did enjoy… this rustic take on a banner was super fun to make and looks neutral enough to have out all year around! Still have it too!
Next up, let’s enjoy some fabulous features from last week’s party, because I know you will agree, they sure are pretty!

Salt dough hearts garland
This salt dough Valentine’s Day banner tutorial with the pink and white hearts is pretty, soft, and a little bit rustic, thanks to the heart textures and twine. Aren’t they the prettiest?!
